Frequently asked questions

Ordering, shipping, our live arrival guarantee, choosing a size and keeping crickets healthy.

How do I order?

Order online with our order form or text your order to (210) 461-9760. Pay by card at checkout, or send a request and we confirm before anything is charged.

How do I pay?

Pay securely by card when you order (through Stripe). Or send your order as a request: we confirm it by text or email, then send payment details.

When will my order ship?

Monday through Wednesday, weather permitting. You'll get tracking by text or email.

What if crickets arrive dead?

Our live arrival guarantee covers you — text or email a photo within 2 hours of delivery.

Why house crickets?

House crickets (Acheta domesticus) are the classic feeder: active, nutritious and easy to gut-load. They're the only species we raise, so every order is consistent.

How many should I buy?

Our minimum order is 1,000 crickets ($45), with each additional 1,000 just $20. Many keepers split a larger order into a keeper and feed from it for 2–3 weeks.

Do you ship outside Texas?

Not for now. We deliver live crickets within Texas only, with free shipping, so trips stay short and crickets arrive healthy.

Can I set up a standing order?

Yes — ask about a weekly standing order.

Do you deliver locally?

In San Antonio we deliver orders of $100 or more. Smaller orders are pick-up.

How warm should I keep them?

75–85°F and out of the sun. A closed car in San Antonio heat can kill them in minutes.
