How we pack, when we ship, what happens in extreme weather, and exactly what our live arrival guarantee covers.
Free shipping within Texas
To keep arrival rates as high as possible, we deliver live crickets only within Texas. Trips stay short (usually 1–2 days) and temperature risk stays low. Shipping is free on every cricket order inside Texas; shirts, mugs and supplies ride along in the same box.
How it works
- Sent by USPS Priority Mail.
- Orders ship Monday–Wednesday so crickets never sit in a weekend warehouse.
- Packed in ventilated boxes with egg crate, food and moisture for the trip.
- Tracking is sent by text or email the day your order leaves.
Our guarantee
If your crickets arrive dead, text or email a photo of the unopened box within 2 hours of delivery and we'll reship or refund. Small losses in transit (under ~10%) are normal and covered by the extra crickets we pack.
San Antonio orders
Local delivery on orders of $100 or more; smaller orders are pick-up. Ask about a weekly standing order.
